An existing network of freelancers/agencies/production partners would be advantageousĪbout WARP Snacks (we are real + proper):.Creative/Design background preferred with a basic understanding or experience in Adobe, particularly Acrobat & Illustrator.Understanding of the print/production process across media including packaging.Confident negotiator, or an appetite to learn.Collaborative and happy to work with a mix of roles and people.A love for solving problems and dealing with challenges and changes.Confident liaising with stakeholders, making decisions where necessary and escalating problems or project blockers.A self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.Great organisation skills, methodical approach and meticulous eye for detail. ![]() Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver projects to the best of their ability.Sourcing, managing and negotiating with 3rd party fulfilment partners.Managing and maintaining strong relationships with all external print partners and suppliers.Project managing marketing campaign spikes across both PROPER and Eat Real.Managing the packaging artwork approval process from artwork through to production, liaising with Technical and external approvers for PROPER, Eat Real and Private Label brands.Working closely with the NPD Project Manager to support the launch of all new products by managing and communicating creative work streams within innovation critical paths.Managing WARP’s internal digital asset management system, ensuring all content is up to date and accessible.Maximising the Creative team’s workload efficiency by streamlining process.Planning and monitoring resource to workflow, booking in freelancers and agency support where necessary, liaising with Heads of Teams to escalate any concerns.Monitoring, reviewing and filtering all creative briefs, ensuring they are clear and thorough. ![]() ![]() The Studio Manager will be the central communication channel, managing the day-to-day running of the Creative team, managing timelines, packaging, suppliers and assets, and generally making sure the team has what they need to do their best work. The role will be based in our London office, focused on the management of the Creative Studio. With the cross-function communication that’s needed along the way. They will be responsible for making sure that the Creative Team are set up to deliver all creative projects to a brilliant standard, on time and in budget. This person will be an incredibly organised individual with proven project management skills – passionate about making everything the best it can possibly be. And with a hunger for both brands to be bigger and bolder than ever before, we are now on the hunt for a brilliant Studio Manager to be the glue that makes our Creative Studio run smoothly. We produce everything in-house, from our packaging to our brand campaigns and everything in between. We are responsible for making sure that both PROPER and Eat Real are seen as highly relevant, and engaging snack brands.
